We believe that it is really important to promote our collective identity at Christ Church and value our families making an effort to ensure their children are wearing the correct uniform. This means that all of our children are playing their part in a wider 'team'. Please see below for our uniform guidelines.

During the autumn/winter months, children at the School must wear the following:

GIRLS & BOYS

 
Maroon blazer with school badge (the latter only obtainable from the School)
Warm coat / Rain coat or anorak in dark, plain colour
Tie (obtainable only from school. No ties on elastic)
Sensible school shoes (‘jellies’, trainers, open-toes and sling back shoes are NOT permitted. No heels on shoes above 50mm ( 2”))

Charcoal grey pleated skirt
White long sleeved blouse with school tie
Grey or maroon tights / long white socks
Maroon V-necked jumper or plain fronted cardigan
Charcoal grey boys style trousers

Charcoal grey school type trousers
White long sleeved shirt with school tie
Maroon V-necked jumper
Grey socks

 

 RECEPTION CLASS GIRLS WINTER

White polo shirt with school logo

PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Black shorts
White round neck T-Shirt
Black plimsolls
KS2 pupils need plimsolls for indoor work but may have trainers for outside.
In cold weather pupils may wear tracksuits in dark colours (black or navy)
 

Children should bring PE kit in a small ‘drawstring’ bag (PE bags available from school). All items of school uniform MUST be clearly marked with the child’s name. 

We also offer very good quality second hand uniform

Jewellery

The wearing of jewellery is NOT permitted at any time. This includes watches (except in KS2). Please avoid having your child’s ears pierced whilst at Christ Church School, Governors would recommend parents to either wait until your child leaves School or at the start of the summer holiday.

Hair

 Hair below shoulder length MUST be tied back with a maroon or black hairband.
